Dustin Lynch to Headline “BaseFEST Powered by USAA” at Fort Bliss on May 12, 2018

“BaseFEST Powered by USAA” is the Premier Musical Festival Experience for the Military Community

San Antonio, Texas – April 20, 2018 – “BaseFEST Powered by USAA,” a music festival experience designed to bring live music directly to military communities on base, announced that country music superstar Dustin Lynch will headline BaseFEST at Fort Bliss on May 12, 2018.

The festival lineup for the Fort Bliss BaseFEST continues to be built and additional talent will be announced later.

“BaseFEST Powered by USAA” at Fort Bliss will be open to the public, with a limited number of tickets on sale at BaseFEST.com. Military members, veterans and DoD cardholders can receive FREE tickets by registering at BaseFEST.com."

“BaseFEST is a great way to bring music experiences directly to our service members and families,” said Michael Dones, USAA’s assistant vice president for brand programs and sponsorship marketing. “We know military members and their families make huge sacrifices for our country. This is one way for us to say thank you.” 

In addition to Fort Bliss, “BaseFEST Powered by USAA” will also visit Naval Station Mayport (June 2), Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune (July 4) and Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms (September 22). Along with the musical performances, BaseFEST attendees can expect to find gaming, sports and fitness, a kid’s zone, technology, virtual reality, food and beverage, lounges and more.

Debuting in 2017, previous BaseFEST stops were held at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune (July 2017) and Naval Air Station Pensacola (December 2017).
