USAA Life Insurance Company Announces New Chief Digital Officer

SAN ANTONIO – (April 28, 2021) USAA Life Insurance Company (USAA Life) announced today that Sushmita Biswas has joined the company as chief digital officer. In this role, Biswas will be responsible for generating new business models and opportunities through the adoption of digital technologies, ultimately delivering a seamless and integrated member and employee experience.

A seasoned financial services executive with more than 16 years of cross-functional experiences of building and managing global teams, Biswas joins USAA Life from Liberty Mutual, where she served as assistant vice president and head, Property Claims Strategy, Digital and Vendor Management, Global Retail Markets.
